House Rules

Hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon. The hotel operates on a cash basis.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room incurs a penalty of Php 2,000.

A deposit of Php 1,000 per room is required at check-in. It is refundable upon check-out.

Rooms are single/double occupancy. Excess persons are chargeable at Php 800 each.

Children aged 5–11 stay free when sharing a room with parents; breakfast remains chargeable per order.

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises, unless caged, in which case a fee of Php 500 applies.

Weapons, ammunition, and flammable items are strictly prohibited in the hotel.

Illegal drugs and gambling are strictly prohibited in the hotel.

Please take care when using hotel property. Damage caused by negligence is chargeable to the guest.

Cooking inside the room is not allowed. Room service is available from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

We are an eco-friendly hotel. Please help us conserve water and electricity during your stay.

In case of emergency, please observe the hotel's exit signs and keep calm.

Please report all lost and found items to the Front Office immediately.

Management reserves the right to protect the interests of the property and its guests. In case of misconduct, management may discontinue services and require the guest to leave and settle all charges in full.

The swimming pool is for guest use only and is open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please read the posted Pool Rules for your safety.
