The terms that apply when you browse this website, submit an inquiry, or book a stay with us.

By accessing or using this website (hotel-resort-demo-ch36v7xan-joyfulshapejs-designs-projects.vercel.app) and our booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using this website.

1. General Provisions

  • This website is owned and operated by JVergara Resort Hotel.

  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, and guests who access this website, submit inquiries, or make reservations.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Room Reservations & Booking

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

  • Accuracy: Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal details, room requirements, and contact information at the time of booking.

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation email with your booking reference.

  • Special Requests: Requests such as early check-in or additional add-ons are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Rates, Taxes, & Payment

  • Currency & Rates: All room rates displayed on the website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment Methods: Online reservations are paid by GCash or Maya, on our payment provider's own secure page — no card or wallet details are entered on or stored by this website. Walk-in bookings are settled in cash at the front desk.

  • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of Php 1,000 per room is required at check-in to cover incidental charges.

  • Taxes: Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly noted otherwise.

4. Check-In & Check-Out Policies

  • Check-In Time: Standard check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Valid government-issued photo identification and the security deposit are required at check-in.

  • Check-Out Time: Standard check-out is by 12:00 noon.

  • Early Check-In: Available on request, subject to room availability, for an additional Php 200 per hour before the standard check-in time.

5. Cancellations, Modifications, & No-Show

  • Cancellation Policy: Free rebooking or full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable and non-transferable. Upgrades to a higher-rate room are allowed at any time, subject to availability, with the guest paying the difference. Downgrades to a lower-rate room requested less than 48 hours before check-in fall under the no-refund rule — no refund is given for the price difference.

  • No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the reservation may be marked as a no-show and the room released for other guests.

6. Hotel Rules & Guest Conduct

  • House rules — non-smoking rooms, occupancy limits, our pet policy, and prohibited items — are posted at the property and set out in full on our House Rules page. By booking or checking in, guests agree to follow them.

  • Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property, or missing room inventory, caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay.

7. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All content on this website — including logos, photographs, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to JVergara Resort Hotel and protected by copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this website without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • JVergara Resort Hotel makes every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left unattended in vehicles or common areas.

9. Privacy

  • We collect only the contact and booking details needed to process a reservation or reply to an inquiry, and we do not sell that information to third parties. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never entered on or stored by this website.
