  • Bookings: When you book a room, we collect the guest name, email address, phone number, and stay details needed to hold and confirm the reservation. Valid photo identification is checked at check-in but is not collected through this website.

  • Inquiries: The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, and message, plus an event date and guest count if you are asking about the function area.

  • Newsletter: Subscribing to offers collects your email address and, optionally, your province.

  • Accounts: If you create an account to manage a booking, we store the email address and password you register with. Passwords are never visible to us in plain text.

Cookies

  • If you sign in to an account, a session cookie keeps you signed in as you move between pages. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Payment information

  • Payment for an online booking is completed on our payment provider's own secure page, by GCash or Maya. No card number, wallet PIN, or one-time code is entered on or stored by this website.
